Client and Business Goals

An Australia-based fintech startup set out to build a web platform that would turn crypto trading automation into a simple, revenue‑ready product. The goal was not just another bot interface, but a self‑service hub where users, from first‑time traders to experienced investors, could configure, test, and run trading strategies without writing a single line of code. The business model was subscription‑first, meaning the MVP had to start generating recurring revenue as soon as it went live, and the whole product had to move from concept to paying users in the shortest possible time.

The Challenges

Crypto traders face a noisy and fragmented landscape. Exchanges offer trading tools, but stitching them into coherent automated strategies requires technical skill, constant monitoring, and multiple separate dashboards.

The startup needed a solution that could:

Let users build advanced DCA (Dollar‑Cost Averaging) and grid trading bots via a clean, guided interface, not a spreadsheet.
Provide a unified portfolio dashboard that aggregates balance, PnL, and open trades across all connected exchange accounts.
Include an AI assistant that doesn’t just answer questions but actively generates complete bot configurations based on market data and user preferences.
Offer manual trading tools for those who want fine-grained control, alongside on‑chain analytics such as the MVRV Z‑Score to ground decisions in data.
Package everything behind a working subscription system, monthly/annual plans, volume‑based tiers, and coupons, so the business could earn from day one.
Give the founding team a comprehensive admin view of user activity, platform volume, and profitability, crucial for investor updates and operational decisions.
Do all of this with production‑grade security (encrypted credentials, CORS protection) and a mobile‑friendly UI, without overengineering the codebase or delaying the launch.

The Solution

We delivered a fully functional web application that turns a powerful trading-exchange API into an intuitive, all‑in‑one trading automation platform. Every feature was designed to shorten the path from idea to a live trade while maintaining a strict focus on business outcomes and user simplicity.

Key implementation details:

Connected the platform to a third‑party trading-automation API to power bot execution, so users never have to leave the app to manage strategies.
Built an interactive dashboard that consolidates balance dynamics, active trades, and PnL for all linked accounts in one real‑time view.
Created a Smart Bot (DCA) configuration flow with “Power Law” market analysis, multi‑pair strategy options, and granular risk controls, all accessible through a visual interface.
Developed a Grid Bot tool with TradingView charting, strategy presets, and historical backtesting, giving traders confidence before going live.
Integrated TradeGPT, an AI assistant that uses a multi‑step questionnaire to understand user goals and then automatically generates a tailored bot setup, reducing strategy creation from hours to minutes.
Added a Smart Trading Terminal for manual traders, including order book visualization, TradingView signal integration, and Smart Buy/Sell orders.
Included on‑chain analytics (MVRV Z‑Score, Reserve Risk) directly in the interface, so users can time strategies without leaving the platform.
Launched a full subscription engine supporting monthly/annual billing, usage‑based pricing tiers, and coupon management, enabling immediate monetization.
Delivered an admin panel that gives the management team live metrics on user growth, transaction volume, and aggregate profitability.
