First of all, congratulations and thanks to you and your team for bringing this project to the end.

I’ll be completely honest, there were positives and negatives too.

As far as the negative points are concerned, the two main ones were the delay of several months, which put us in a very difficult situation in terms of communication but above all in financial terms.

The second negative point was that the finished product didn’t quite correspond to the mock-up we had made together, and there were several functions that didn’t appear in the final application, such as the ability to change subscriptions.

On the positive side, the most important thing was that the Exore team went right to the end of the project and didn’t let us down. Exore team kept your promises and respected the contract we had signed together. I know the effort they made to work without billing us in order to honour your commitment, and for that alone, thank you and well done!
What’s more, I’d like to emphasise Vladimir’s (project manager) reliability and professionalism. He always responded very quickly and was very efficient.

So despite a few negative points, congratulations on your work and a very big thank you, I’m very happy to have worked with you and I hope to be able to continue to do so by improving the application and the Admin Panel. I’ll be sure to recommend you.

The project lasted from December to April. All stages of the app development from prototype to uploading to platforms – Google Play and App Store – were completed. There were several rounds of revisions and closed testing.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Corrections based on our comments showed the progress of the work, and the result was the app being uploaded to Google Play and the App Store.

Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?

Exore LTD’s management was good and they always offered quick communication through Slack. On workdays, we had answers for a couple of hours.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They were ready to answer all our questions. The last 40 hours were free for us because we reached the max of our budget, which was agreed on at the beginning of the project.

I met Yury on Upwork at the end of last year and worked with him for half a year on a CRM-based website. The reason I choose to work with him is his passion for the job which fully came to life in his well-structured offer.

The app is nearly complete thanks to his guidance and introduction to the right developers for this job. We worked with a team of 4 but communication was made easy because I only need to have weekly meetings with Yury and he would transfer the information to the right developer. This surely took a load off my back.

As already promised I will continue working with him and his company for future projects.

Working with Yury and all his team was very good. During the 6 months that we worked together we learnt a lot from them. We worked well as a team, communication was easy and fluid, timings were always defined as we moved forward with the project and were adhered to.
