A US-based client with real estate expertise approached us with a clear goal: to create a powerful platform that helps analyze and compare real estate investment opportunities based on financial performance. The client wanted to move away from cumbersome spreadsheets and build a modern web app to streamline property evaluation and reporting.
The Business Challenge
Real estate investors constantly assess multiple properties, calculating complex financial metrics like Cash on Cash Return, Net Operating Income, and Year 1 Cash Flow. These calculations often depend on dozens of variables – many of which change monthly. Managing these projections manually through Excel or other tools not only wastes time but increases the risk of human error.
