The Idea
Develop an e-commerce website for cutting-edge medical technology designed to revolutionize treatment modalities for eye diseases.
The website must incorporate the Stripe payment gateway and support Point-of-Sale transactions, as well as provide integration with shipping carriers such as UPS, FedEx, and DHL. The site must also include an invoicing system, customer history, promotional voucher integration, email follow-up, and a personal account feature for wholesalers with unique pricing options.
The Solution
The e-commerce website we created has been designed to cater to the needs of different user roles, including clients, wholesalers, and administrators.
Administrators are provided with a comprehensive dashboard that gives them full control over the website’s functions, including the ability to create or remove users, generate invoices, and manage website data.
Clients and wholesalers can create an account and configure their shipping and billing details within their profiles.
Wholesalers who register will have their status approved, and they will be given access to lower prices for products. Wholesaler registration is only permitted in countries where our client doesn’t have distributors.
In addition, we’ve integrated FedEx into the website so that customers can track the status of their shipment after placing an order. Customers will receive a code generated automatically by FedEx, which will be visible in their invoice.
