Client and Business Goals
Our business client sought to establish a cutting-edge recruitment platform that could efficiently connect students with potential employers. The objective was to provide an effortless and straightforward process for discovering and engaging top talent. The platform’s design was a key priority, with a focus on modern aesthetics to ensure an optimal user experience.
The goal was to create the first version of the platform in 2-2.5 months and launch it because we already had ready-to-start users.
The Challenge
Our business faced a critical challenge in developing a new project for our client, as we were only provided with wireframes for various user roles without project documentation and a deadline of 2-2.5 months. Our team had to create a project plan from scratch, align it with the client’s expectations, and refine it through continuous adjustments to ensure it met all the necessary requirements. This challenge required a high level of adaptability, creativity, and communication skills to successfully deliver a project that met the client’s objectives.
The Solution
Our development team successfully addressed the challenges of creating a new web platform by adhering to our established project management process. We created a detailed roadmap, breaking down tasks into manageable components, and collaborated with the client to prioritize them.
As we encountered complex features that could not be fully realized within the given timeframe and budget, we proposed simpler alternatives that would still meet the client’s goals. To ensure seamless communication, we held weekly meetings with the client, providing regular progress updates and aligning our work with agile principles.
Thanks to our meticulous planning and constant collaboration, we were able to deliver a high-quality platform that met the client’s expectations while adhering to budget and timeline constraints.
